All smoothly done - there was a minor issue with Mini (not Williams) on delivery day, but Derek - and his boss Craig - was communicative and took us through the challenge smoothly. Both went beyond by calling us on their days off - just excellent.

I was 20 minutes early for my 1.30 booking. As usual, I waited in the customer waiting area while the work was done. However, on this occasion I had to wait for a long time. It seemed that most of the customers who came after me left before me.
