The sales process was fine, but the delays in delivery the car weren't good. I had my V5 and mini finance sorted beginning of Feb, but the car only arrived at the showroom on the 11th. Feb. I was kept updated with delivery issues.

The service I received from Scott on the day was excellent. What was frustrating was that the heater fault that I requested be investigated had been incorrectly stated on the work sheet. Also the replacement of brake pads was not on the work sheet
